About Us

Our Story

Health Hatch was officially founded on 11 November 2024 as a new brand under Community Health Association Limited. Our story began in the community — team members bring years of frontline experience, having provided nutritional guidance, emotional support and appropriate referrals to people in need.

We see not only illness, but every life that deserves care. To extend this expertise to more people and ensure the organisation’s sustainability, we expanded who we serve.

Today, whether you are a neighbour seeking a health breakthrough or a corporate partner looking to enhance employee wellbeing, Health Hatch is glad to offer comprehensive health support from physical to mental health. We pledge that revenue from every business partnership will fuel our continued support for disadvantaged communities, working together towards a vision of health for all.

Our Team

Health Hatch brings together registered nurses, registered dietitians, registered social workers and rigorously trained community health workers to form a multidisciplinary community health team. We break down single-discipline boundaries, integrating nursing care, nutritional science and psychosocial support to provide evidence-based, whole-person health support for corporate employees and neighbours alike.
